The large living and dinning area overlooks the harbour so meals can be eaten watching the activities below or at night enjoying the lights of the town and out to sea. The central position means it is very convenient for exploring Brixham with it's many restaurants, cafes, shops and the famous fish market. It is also an ideal base for numerous different walks around the harbour and down the Breakwater, along the coast to Paignton or towards Berry Head, Kingswear an Dartmouth beyond on the South West coastal Path. There is a nice shingle beach within easy walking distance which is also near Shoalstone sea water swimming pool and its many rockpools.
